Building Community into the Integrated Care System
A practical toolkit for building robust community mental health care

Self assessment toolkit

We have designed this online self assessment assurance framework as a companion to our publication ‘Building Community into the Integrated Care System: A practical guide to developing robust community mental health’.

This framework will be helpful for Integrated Care Boards, Health and Care Partnerships, Provider Collaboratives, Health and Wellbeing Boards, and mental health provider organisations to:

  • self-assess against the themes and recommendations of our main report
  • recieved focused feedback on strengths and areas for development in their organisation, partnership or system
  • find selected resources and examples to help their organisations, partnerships or system develop practical and workable actions to overcome common barriers to working effectively in partnership with the VCSE sector
  • provide boards and management meetings with an assurance framework on progress.

The self-assessment takes around 10 minutes to complete and at the end you will be provided with a detailed report based upon your answers.
